Family History

Adam McGavin (Grandpa) started in the Manufactured Home Business in 1979 in Florida with 3 communities.

In 1997 George McGavin, Adam's son started his first community in Casa Grand and later adding a second RV community in Casa Grande.

McGavin Ranch is the McGavin's newest community conveniently located in the fastest growing area of Mesa, yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood off the main streets for the quiet Arizona nights.

Grandpa Adam McGavin founded McGavin Ranch.
